I’m just a lady that loves providing education and insight to this forever experiment called “life”. It is my desire to share a unique perspective on the emotional states, thoughts and events that impact one's mental health and wellness. I consider therapy to be a collaborative process where I happen to "spill the tea" as a clinician. Think of this site as our personal tea session.


I am a Master of Education graduate of Lamar University's Clinical Mental Health Counseling program, with LPC credentials in the state of Texas.


I am experienced in working with all age groups from childhood to adulthood– in many areas including depression, anxiety, lack of positive coping skills, anger management, focus, communication skills, and behavior intervention. I specialize in adolescents & young adults dealing with trauma, mood, anxiety, adjustment, behavior, academic/cognitive disorders--and career counseling. I utilize an integrative approach consisting of CBT, DBT, Solution- Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma Focused Therapy.


My goal is to assist you delve into the underlying causes of your current self-concept and how that relates to the world around you. You are more than the label attached to what you may be currently experiencing. Let's take a second, a sip, and decide which steps you will take to get to the next phase of life that sees personal growth & self-assurance.
